If your item is noted as eligible for a free return on the product page, it can be returned with a complimentary return label requested within 30 days of receiving your delivery. You can start a return by going to our Returns Portal and entering your order number and email address. From there, you will be prompted to select the items you want to return.
If your item was marked as white glove, please contact us here to arrange your return. Please note, white-glove items are subject to a 15% restocking fee, with the exception of oversized rugs. Items that are made-to-order, cut-to-order, or final sale cannot be returned or canceled.
