We want you to be happy with your purchase! Unless an item is made to order or final sale, it can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund, minus original shipping charges and restocking fee (if applicable). We ask that you kindly send the items back to us in their original packaging. If the original packaging is unavailable, please ship the item in equivalent packaging. Items must be in new condition, meaning they are in unused condition and show no signs of wear. Hard-wired lighting fixtures and wallpaper cannot be returned once they have been installed.
Free Returns
Items with a Free Returns module can be returned with a complimentary shipping label.
Made-to-Order, Cut-to-Order, and Final Sale
Items that are made-to-order, cut-to-order, or final sale cannot be returned or canceled.
White Glove Items
Items that ship WG do not qualify for free returns and will be charged a 15% restocking fee. Orders that are canceled in transit or refused at delivery due to non-damage reasons (including but not limited to size, color variation, etc.) are also subject to a 15% re-stocking fee. Return requests will be accepted within 30 days of the delivery. If your item was marked as white glove, please contact us here to arrange your return.
Rug Returns
Regardless of the shipping method, all rug returns are free, including oversized rugs. For rugs larger than 8x10, please contact us to arrange a free return pickup.
