Some White Glove items will require a signature for delivery. Items shipping via FedEx ground will not require a signature. If you are not at home to receive a delivery from FedEx, you can contact them to place a vacation hold on your address, or hold the package for delivery at the nearest location. Please note that we are unable to place a hold on FedEx items once shipped.
