We do our best to get your item to you in perfect condition, but we are here to help with any damages that do occur. If your item is being delivered with an oversize or white glove carrier, please thoroughly inspect your item before signing for the delivery.
Damages or defects must be noted on the receipt with the carrier. We must be notified of your damages within 48 hours of delivery here. Additionally, please provide a photo of the damage so we can assist you further. Please do not hold off on inspecting your item (i.e. waiting upon project completion or residential move).
